Dr. Carly Campbell, DVM

Veterinarian

After graduating with her bachelor's from Mississippi State University, Dr. Carly Campbell moved to Colorado where she started volunteering at an equine assisted therapy program which is where her path the becoming a vet began. It was while at vet school she found an interest for mixed animal medicine, which is what she practiced after graduating - but she also worked at a bovine reproduction center in the laboratory throughout veterinary school. Dr. Carly is very happy to be serving Tupelo as a mixed animal vet!

Dr. Carly and her husband of 15 years are expecting their first child later this year! Her pet life is described as a “Noah’s ark of sorts” and includes; her cat ‘Boot’s’, two dogs, ‘Nola,’ a GSP, and ‘Xena’ a Jack Russel - both are a bundle of energy and always keeping her on her toes. Her two horses ‘Max ’ and ‘Freedom’ complete her 4-legged family.

As an avid equine endurance rider, Dr. Carly may ride up to 100 miles in 24 hours, with veterinary inspections before, during, and after competition - she shares she loves competing with these awesome athletes!

Dr. Kirk Shumpert, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Kirk Shumpert is a 2001 graduate of the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has worked for and owned both large and small animal medical practices, as well as doing small animal relief work in both Tennessee and Mississippi. He has owned and operated a spay/neuter/wellness practice in Tupelo for the past twelve years.

Dr. Shumpert and his wife, Dr. Courtney Shumpert, are parents of three teenage daughters. They reside in Mooreville with their menagerie of horses, dogs, and cats.

Dr. Kay Jobe, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Kay Jobe graduated in 1988 from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. As a small child Dr. Kay always dreamed of working with small animals. She shares that she truly enjoys educating on disease prevention and maintaining healthy pets. She encourages pet parents to bring in their furry friends for regular check-ups, thereby helping to ensure their pets have a long and happy life. Dr. Kay is excited to walk into Mill Village everyday so she can help pet owners take excellent care of the furry members of their family.

Any Pets?

Oh yes! A big part of her family, Dr. Kay currently has four dogs and six cats!

Dr. Amy Frey, DVM

Veterinarian

A new graduate of Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Amy Frey worked as a veterinary technician in Los Angeles for 3 years, in the heart of Hollywood!

Pet and Family!
Dr. Amy describes her family life as being filled with “love and adventure”. She has been married to her multi-talented husband, Fabio, for 16 years and they have recently welcomed a ten-month-old son into their lives. Also, proud pet parents to two loving dogs, Trinity, a rescue tripod, and Gracie, a stray who found her way onto a friend's porch.

Hobbies?
In her free time, Dr. Amy loves playing and caring for her loving son, enjoying quality time together and embarking on scenic drives with her family. When she finds some alone time, Dr. Amy likes curling up with a good book and delving into ‘The Good Book’! She also enjoys hobbies like sewing her own clothing, cooking, and listening to engaging audiobooks.

Practice Manager

Alicia moved to Tupelo from the rural Atlanta Ga area. Before that she grew up on 10 acres out in the country of Michigan where her experience in veterinary medicine began. With 20 years in the veterinary profession Alicia brings an array of skills and business Accumen to lead Clover haven to success. She has 3 Catahoula Leopard dogs, a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix and two human daughters. In her free time she welds metal art, enjoys volunteering and off-roading.

Anna Beth

Veterinary Technician

Anna Beth is a 2019 graduate of the MSU Veterinary Technology Program and has worked as a CVT since. She enjoys anesthesia, working with exotics, and of course cats and dogs (German Shepherds are her favorite breed.) She resides in Nettleton with her husband, Wesley, her children, Harper, Hunter, and Holley, and her four dogs and one cat. Animals have always held a special place in her heart, and she loves getting to work with them everyday.
